Paste installation
Scope of application: This method is suitable for sound-absorbing panels with lighter materials and thinner thicknesses, such as polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels. This type of sound-absorbing panel has a relatively small weight and can be firmly fixed on the surface of the base layer by pasting.
Operation steps: Firstly, ensure that the surface of the base layer is flat, dry, and clean, without impurities such as dust and oil stains. Next, apply specialized building adhesive such as universal glue, white emulsion glue, etc. evenly on the surface of the base layer and the back of the sound-absorbing board. After the application is completed, align the sound-absorbing board with the position and quickly paste it onto the base layer. Gently press it with a tool to remove any air between the board and the base layer, ensuring that they are fully adhered without leaving any gaps.

Scope of application: For heavier and thicker Acoustic Panels, such as wooden sound-absorbing panels, glass wool sound-absorbing panels, etc., the installation method of the keel is more stable and safe. By building a keel frame, a reliable support structure can be provided for the sound-absorbing board.
Operation steps
Installation of keel: Choose the appropriate keel material based on the size and weight of the Acoustic Panels, commonly including light steel keel and wooden keel. First, mark lines at a certain distance on the wall or ceiling for positioning, and then fix the keel on the base layer. The spacing between keels should be reasonably determined based on the size of the sound-absorbing board. Generally, the spacing between horizontal keels is 600-1200mm, and the spacing between vertical keels is 400-800mm, ensuring that the installation of keels is firm and the flatness meets the requirements.
Installation of sound-absorbing panels: Use specialized connectors or directly clip or nail the Acoustic Panels into the keel frame. If wooden sound-absorbing panels are used, they can be fixed to the wooden keel with an air nail gun; If it is a metal keel, it can be installed using matching pendants or self tapping screws.
Hanging installation

Operation steps: First, reserve a suitable installation slot on the base layer according to the size of the sound-absorbing board. The depth and width of the slot should be slightly larger than that of the sound-absorbing board, so that the Acoustic Panels can be smoothly embedded.
